THERAPY, SUPERVISION, CONSULTATION, TRAINING
I have been in private practice supporting the Wesley Chapel Community since 2014. Prior to private practice, I have worked in a residential rehabilitation agency, group homes, schools and other community agencies to support my surrounding communities. I am passionate about supporting people through life changes such as entering adulthood, parenthood, marriage, new jobs, and geographical moves. I hold certifications in addiction and trauma, and I am a qualified supervisor in the state of Florida.
Together, we will uncover the root causes of any roadblocks hindering your progress and create actionable plans for your success.
I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to this work. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida, followed by a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from National Louis University. With over 20 years in education, I have had the privilege of teaching mathematics, supporting students in overcoming challenges, and providing therapy to help youth thrive in both academic and personal settings.
My career has also involved training thousands of teachers nationwide and collaborating with school and district leaders to implement strategic plans and high-quality instructional materials. These experiences allowed me to broaden my impact. Now, I am shifting my focus to working directly with individuals to facilitate their personal growth and healing.
Using techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy, I help clients analyze and address the root causes of challenges that may be holding them back. My goal is to guide you toward a deeper understanding of yourself, enabling you to move forward with confidence and purpose. Together, we can build the foundation for your next chapter of growth and success.

THERAPY
Walking in your purpose is a deeply personal and unique journey for each of us. Life is a continuous process of growth and evolution, shaped by our individual experiences, some of which may bring unexpected challenges. Therapy provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your emotions and behaviors, empowering you to overcome obstacles, access valuable resources, and thrive in your environment. I believe everyone is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of their own gifts, and through therapy, you can discover how to embrace and walk in your purpose in a healthy and fulfilling way.
Therapy offers an opportunity for healing and personal growth, allowing you to step into the life you were meant to lead.

THERAPY
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in the state of Florida and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), currently practicing under the supervision of Alyson Landeros, LMHC. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology at UF and my master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at USF. I work with adolescents and adults who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or going through changes in areas such as school, career, relationships, identity, health, or disability.
My goal as a therapist is to help people feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to their authentic selves, while building practical tools to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience. My approach to therapy is holistic, and I take time to understand each client’s unique experiences, values,
and goals. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being their authentic selves.
I commonly support individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, relationship concerns, and periods of transition or uncertainty. I am also very mindful of cultural and identity-based perspectives and value the insight and strength that diversity brings to the therapeutic process. I speak Italian and Spanish and enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time in nature, pursuing creative projects, and getting involved in my community.
